St. Patrick School depends on our parents & supporters to work together to keep tuition rates that are one of the lowest in the Diocese of Wheeling Charleston. To do this, we plan fundraisers throughout the year with emphasis on as few fundraisers as possible to make as much profit as possible.
To accomplish this, we need parent volunteers to work these fundraisers and provide support. If parent volunteers choose not to work, each family is required to pay an Activity Fee of $300 for K-6, $150 for Pre-K, or $75 for Pre-S. This fee is a per family, not per student.
St. Patrick School Advisory Council has stipulated that 1/2 of each family's fundraising hours be worked at the Jackson's Mill Jubilee, Rotary Pavilion, which the largest St. Patrick School fundraiser. The remaining hours worked will be credited to the Activity Fee at a rate of $15.00 per hour worked. Hours worked in excess of the Activity Fee are not credited to tuition, but rather are regarded as a donation.
